RDM Capital acted as sole arranger of equity and debt capital for the acquisition of 1-5 Poland Street, a 27,000 sqft prime freehold office located in the heart of Soho in London’s West End. The purchase represents the first investment for joint venture partners Belsio and Valorem Investment Partners.
